Is This For You?

You don't need a diagnosis. Some people have complex medical histories spanning decades, others simply want their records organised before they need them.

Preparation

Do you like to be prepared?

You believe in having your information in order. You want your health data organised so it's there when you need it, rather than scattered across inboxes, websites, and systems you can't easily access.

AI

Are you interested in using AI for your health?

The latest models are increasingly capable. To perform best, they need comprehensive data. A pile of unprocessed PDFs or some screenshots from your GP's webportal won't get you far.

Treatment

Have you been through a bunch of treatment and lost track?

If you've been through several medications, referrals, or treatment changes, the full picture gets harder to reconstruct over time. Your full record often includes the clinician's observations and reasoning, which is rarely shown on the NHS App.

Relocation

Are you relocating or moving abroad?

Transferring between GP surgeries often means incomplete handovers. When you relocate internationally, most countries have no way to access your UK medical history. A portable health record on your own device means you're less dependent on systems beyond your control.

Pregnancy

Have you given birth and want to know the detail of what happened?

Pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care generate a huge amount of medical activity in a short period: scans, blood tests, referrals, prescriptions, birth notes, follow-ups. An organised record lets you see what happened, when, and in what order, on your own time.

Family

Do you want to help organise a family member's records?

If you're helping an ageing parent or relative manage their health, having their records organised in one place makes it easier for you both to keep track. Their informed consent will naturally be necessary for this.
